Projects

The projects I run in production at Groupe La Centrale, told through their architecture and decisions, then my personal projects, delivered with coding agents.

In production

Personal projects

Delivered with agents, under explicit guardrails. No public repo or demo yet.

pr-dashboard

Review the PRs assigned to me, in parallel and in isolated git worktrees, and work through the feedback on my own PRs: fix, reply and resolve each thread. A personal tool I use at work.

  • Claude Code
  • Node.js
  • GitHub CLI
  • MCP
  • Copilot CLI

Guardrails

  • Nothing is posted on GitHub until I approve it on the review page.
  • Review agents have no git write access: only the orchestrator publishes.
  • A linter blocks comments that are too long or unproven before anything is posted.

task-planner

A kanban board for developers whose cards move on their own when a GitHub PR opens or merges.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Supabase
  • Clerk
  • Vercel

Guardrails

  • Every PR is reviewed by a review agent separate from the one that writes the code, over several passes when needed.
  • A PR is merged only once review and QA pass and CI is green: lint, types, tests, database integration and end-to-end tests.
  • I decide the spec, the ADRs and the calls made in review.

nutri-planner

Hit a weekly macro target: recipes extracted from a PDF cookbook by an LLM, a meal plan computed by a solver with batch cooking, and a shopping list.

  • TypeScript
  • Hono
  • SQLite
  • HiGHS
  • Claude API
  • Docker

Guardrails

  • The meal plan comes from a deterministic solver, not the LLM: macros stay exact and reproducible.
  • Agents open PRs but never merge them; a review agent reads each one before it is merged.
  • I sign off the grill, the spec and the ADRs before the first ticket.

skillmaker

Upload documents, get a downloadable Claude skill back: an asynchronous conversion on AWS.

  • React
  • AWS CDK
  • Lambda
  • SQS
  • Fargate
  • DynamoDB

Guardrails

  • One GitHub issue per agent session: each PR closes the issue it handles.
  • A review on two axes, standards and spec, before every merge.
  • I decide the plan, the ADRs and the merges.
